ACCU-STAFF is currently recruiting dependable and hardworking Heavy General Labourers on behalf of one of our valued clients in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, physically active work and takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe workplace. You will be responsible for industrial cleaning and paint booth maintenance while helping ensure production areas remain organized, safe, and ready for daily operations.

What You'll Be Doing

- Perform industrial cleaning and general labour duties throughout the manufacturing facility
- Clean and maintain paint booths, including floors, walls, equipment, and surrounding production areas
- Operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, floor scrubbers, and industrial vacuums
- Remove waste, debris, and production materials from designated work areas
- Complete physically demanding and repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free production areas
- Follow established cleaning procedures and company quality standards
- Identify and report equipment concerns, maintenance issues, and potential workplace hazards
- Follow all health and safety procedures and properly wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members to complete assigned duties efficiently

What We're Looking For

- Must be available to work a permanent midnight shift, Monday to Friday from 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding and repetitive work
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, reach,



and stand for extended periods
- Dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to attendance
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Safety-conscious and able to follow workplace procedures
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Previous experience in general labour, industrial cleaning, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments is considered an asset
- Previous experience is not required for the right candidate, as training will be provided
