Duties

- Measure, cut, and install different siding materials such as vinyl, fiber cement, or wood with precision and care
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete siding projects efficiently
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, or removing old siding to ensure proper adhesion of new materials
- Apply caulking around windows, doors, and seams to seal gaps and prevent water infiltration
- Lift heavy siding panels and equipment safely while maintaining proper posture and technique




- Collaborate with team members to coordinate project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols

Skills

- Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and levels
- Construction experience or background in carpentry is highly desirable
- Knowledge of blueprint reading to accurately follow project specifications
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during installation tasks
- Skilled in caulking techniques to ensure weather-tight seals around joints and openings
- Handyman experience or general construction skills that support versatile problem-solving on-site
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent teamwork and communication skills
