Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide patient care including medication administration and health monitoring under supervision
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
- Support clients with mobility and heavy lifting to ensure safety during transfers and movement
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living workplace




- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation
- Document care provided, report changes in health status, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams

Qualifications

- Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care, hospice care, and caring for individuals with disabilities is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical demands of caregiving tasks
- Strong communication skills and compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
