Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Pro Shop Attendant to join the Loyalist Country Club team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our pro shop, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with their needs. You will be responsible for promoting and selling products, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products they need.
- Provide knowledgeable product demos to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash register.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pro shop area.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone with proper etiquette and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer service standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and technology sales trends to better assist customers.

Experience

- Basic knoweledge of golf is preferred.




- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and cashiering responsibilities.
- Solid communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively engage customers through phone etiquette and face-to-face interactions.
- A background in technology sales or experience with upselling techniques is a plus.
