Job Overview

This role is required to strengthen our day-to-day logistics operations, particularly in container drayage coordination and Amazon FBA shipment management, as current workload has increased significantly.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Coordinating container pickups, deliveries, and empty returns with ports and rail ramps
- Dispatching drivers and tracking shipment movement in real time
- Monitoring vessel arrivals, terminal/rail schedules (CN / CPKC), and minimizing delays
- Managing Amazon FBA shipments via Carrier Central,



including appointment scheduling and compliance checks
- Acting as the main contact for customers, drivers, and warehouse partners
- Handling shipment documentation (BOL, Arrival Notices, Customs Release, etc.)
- Supporting data entry, tracking, and accessorial cost control (demurrage, detention, storage)

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in logistics / freight forwarding / trucking / 3PL operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously
- Proficient in Excel and Outlook
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is an asset)
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA / Carrier Central is preferred

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
