Position:

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic full-time or part-time barber to join our team. As a barber at Westman's, you will have the opportunity to showcase your artistic talent, work with an amazing group of professionals, and build lasting relationships with our loyal customers.

Requirements:

- Scissor and clipper skills, along with an eye for detail.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality haircuts and grooming services to clients of all ages.
- Stay updated on current hairstyles and trends in the industry.
- Engage clients in meaningful conversations to understand their grooming preferences.




- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Uphold the barbershop's professional image and reputation through exceptional service.
- Recommend and sell grooming products to enhance the client's grooming routine.
