The Construction Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all indirect support functions across the Hope Bay project site, within the construction team. This role provides leadership and accountability for the Construction Logistics & Services Team, Scaffolding Team, Construction Maintenance Team, as well as the Construction Crane Operations Team on site.

The Construction Services Supervisor ensures the efficient planning, organization, and execution of all site support activities, aligning resources and team efforts with project priorities to maximize productivity, safety, and overall project success. Working closely with project stakeholders, this position plays a key role in facilitating site operations and maintaining the infrastructure and services required to achieve the project objectives.

- Directly supervise the Construction Services team, including the Field Leader, Logistics Coordinator, Maintenance Coordinator, Crane Coordinator, and Scaffolding Crew.
- Prioritize and allocate personnel, equipment, and laydown/yard space to support construction priorities.
- Coordinate and manage bookings for the Construction Services team.
- Coordinate with other stakeholders at site on laydown management, seasonal forecasts, and global site logistics roles and responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and clear boundaries.
- Coordinate environmental protection measures (spill prevention and response, waste management) within logistics operations.
- Oversee the health and safety of all Construction Services activities by preparing the necessary documentation (JHAs and procedures) in collaboration with HSE personnel, and by preparing and delivering daily safety presentations related to ongoing activities during toolbox meetings.




- Lead logistics-specific risk identification and mitigation efforts related to weather, permits, seasonal windows, and dangerous goods.
- Forecast Construction Services support requirements for the next 90 days.
- Oversee the flow of materials on site, including receiving, warehousing, kitting, and delivery to contractors.
- Translate project schedules and MTOs into capacity plans for workforce requirements, laydown yards, equipment, and transportation windows.
- Participate in seasonal sealift readiness planning.
- Provide clear objectives and mentorship to Coordinators and Field Leaders.
- Enforce material identification, preservation, segregation, and traceability standards
- Represent the Construction Services team during constructability reviews and planning sessions.
- Gather barge-loading priorities from the execution team and provide visibility during coordination meetings with Bécancour.
- Organize mobilization readiness meetings for current contractors.
- Ensure the priorities of the Crane and Equipment Coordinators are aligned with overall project priorities.
- Ensure the Scaffolding team's priorities are aligned with overall project priorities.

The Construction Services Supervisor will be a key member of the Hope Bay Project leadership team, responsible for ensuring that the logistics, services, and support infrastructure required for successful project execution in place are operating effectively. This position offers an opportunity to lead a diverse team, influence project outcomes, and contribute to the successful delivery of one of the industry's most challenging remote construction projects.
