Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to every guest
- Guide guests through our Korean menu and provide thoughtful food and drink recommendations
- Introduce and recommend cocktails, beer, and other beverages based on guest preferences
- Accurately take orders, process payments, and operate the POS system
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented dining and service areas
- Complete opening, closing, and daily side duties
- Work efficiently and stay composed in a quick-paced, high-volume environment




- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service
- Anticipate guest needs and handle guest concerns professionally
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive, respectful, and collaborative workplace
- Follow all restaurant policies, service standards, and health & safety procedures

Job Requirements

- Previous serving experience in a restaurant is an asset
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient during busy service
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn about Korean cuisine, cocktails, and beverage service
- Knowledge of Korean food, cocktails, beer, or other beverages is an asset but not required
- Valid Serving It Right certification
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform the physical requirements of restaurant service
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
