Baker – Olde Village Bakery

We're looking for a reliable, motivated Baker to join our team at Olde Village Bakery. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in what you make, and want to be part of a outstanding team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Follow recipes to ensure consistent quality
- Decorate cakes and baked goods
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized
- Follow food safety and proper storage procedures
- Help track ingredients and supplies
- Work with the team to keep things running smoothly
- Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way

What we're looking for

- Some experience in a kitchen or bakery setting is an asset, but we're willing to train the right person
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings,



weekends, and holidays
- Good communication and a team-player mindset

Required certifications

- Valid Food Safety Certificate (PEI Health Department recognized) — mandatory
- WHMIS — mandatory
- First Aid — an asset but not required
