What You'll Do

- Support daily store operations and lead by example.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a strong, customer focused team.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure knowledgeable, compliant service.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.
- Support scheduling, payroll accuracy, and labour management.
- Maintain compliance with AGCO regulations and company policies.
- Oversee cash handling, inventory management, merchandising, and store standards.
- Support sales initiatives, promotions, and customer loyalty strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve store performance and customer engagement.

What We're Looking For

- 3-5+ years of retail leadership or management experience.




- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees.
- Robust customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory control, and scheduling.
- Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must meet all provincial cannabis employment requirements.
