SKOV-SECCO is seeking a strategic and technically minded Product Manager that has experience in agricultural technology to lead the development and growth of our global dairy product portfolio. Working closely with teams in Canada and Denmark, you will drive product strategy, innovation, and commercial success across international markets.

Location: St-Hyacinthe, QC, Canada or Glyngore, Denmark (with global collaboration)

What You'll Do

Strategic Product Leadership

- Develop and execute the global dairy product roadmap
- Balance global product standardization with regional market needs
- Identify growth opportunities through market and competitive analysis
- Partner with Sales and Business Development to drive commercial success

Product Development

- Define product requirements and build business cases
- Collaborate with R&D; teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Manage projects through SKOV's stage-gate development process
- Support successful product launches and market adoption

Portfolio Management

- Monitor product performance and profitability
- Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives
- Manage product lifecycle activities,



including phase-outs and upgrades

What We're Looking For

- Ability to conduct daily work on-site at either Secco International (St-Hyacinthe, QC – Canada) or SKOV A/S (Glyngore,Denmark).
- Proven experience managing both product management processes and responsibilities.
- Strong experience within a technical, mechanical, or systems-based environment.
- Fluency in English & French is a must to lead training sessions for sales teams and dealers.
- Direct experience in the dairy industry is considered a strong asset.
- Robust strategic and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across global and diverse teams.
- Execution Skills: Results-oriented mindset with a track record of robust execution
