Honda Fort St John is looking for a passionate, hard working and dedicated Sales Manager. We are a small town Honda Automotive and Full Line Honda Powersports dealership located in Northern BC. Day to Day work activities will include.

- Maintaining a proper lot and showroom vehicle display
- Supervising used vehicle reconditioning
- Preparing pricing for all vehicles
- Assist sales staff in all deal making activities and meeting every customer
- Monitoring all sales activities and follow up with sales staff and proper utilization of dealership CRM
- Daily One on Ones with Sales Staff
- Ensure sales process as outlined by GM is followed correctly
- Hire and train new sales staff




- Implement and monitor a sales training program
- Oversee all marketing activities for new and used vehicles including website
- Assist GM as required
- Provide back up F&I; Manager duties
- Professionally deal with all customer complaints
- Ensuring cleanliness of sales department and lot in general

Previous Sales Manager or F&I; Manager experience is preferred, but will train the right candidate. 5 years of automotive sales experience is required.

Earning potential $120,000 +

Moving allowance an option for the right candidate.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
