Job Title: Residential Landscape Maintenance Labourer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Residential Landscape Worker to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining and improving residential outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate has some hands-on experience in landscaping maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and is comfortable driving a truck with a trailer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
- Maintain garden beds, including weeding, planting, mulching, and pruning
- Operate and care for landscaping tools and equipment safely
- Drive a company truck and trailer to and from job sites
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials
- Complete seasonal clean-ups (spring and fall)
- Apply fertilizers and basic lawn treatments as needed
- Monitor property conditions and report any issues




- Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Experience driving a truck and trailer
- Previous experience in residential landscaping maintenance
- Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and extended periods of standing
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
