Senior Digital Enablement Consultant
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Senior Digital Enablement Consultant for a 9-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Winnipeg office.

Senior Digital Enablement Consultant - Job Description:
The University of Manitoba is embarking on a new initiative to establish a Digital Enablement function to streamline and automate administrative processes. This project involves designing a comprehensive operating model for digital enablement, including strategy, governance, and structure, with a focus on Microsoft 365 tools.

Senior Digital Enablement Consultant - Responsibilities:

- Design and establish the Digital Enablement operating model from scratch
- Develop a roadmap, service catalogue, and community-of-practice model for automation
- Build governance frameworks and an intake/prioritization process for automation requests
- Set enterprise standards and reference architectures for M365 tools
- Conduct a maturity assessment and recommend next steps
- Create training and knowledge-transfer materials for transition to UM's permanent team
- Lead workshops and facilitation sessions with cross-functional teams and senior executives
- Deliver weekly status reports and track progress against a backlog




- Manage change by unblocking projects and driving stakeholder alignment

Senior Digital Enablement Consultant - Mandatory Skills:

- 10+ years in digital transformation or business process modernization
- 5-10 years in enterprise automation and value realization
- Experience in establishing or maturing Digital Enablement or related practices
- Expertise in building communities of practice, training programs, and adoption strategies
- Developing enterprise standards and reference architectures
- Designing governance frameworks for digital solutions and AI tools
- Ability to build consensus and influence senior leadership

Senior Digital Enablement Consultant – Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Background in the higher education sector
- Experience with Privacy or Information Security Officers
- Experience in a multi-union or collective-bargaining setting
- Facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholder groups

Senior Digital Enablement Consultant – Assignment Length:
This is a 9-month contract position.
