Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Manual Machinist with strong hands-on experience operating manual machines such as milling machines, lathes, and drill presses. The ideal candidate will have their own tools and gauges and be capable of producing high-quality parts with precision and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate manual milling machines, lathes, and drill presses

- Set up machines and perform machining operations according to specifications

- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Measure and inspect parts using precision gauges and tools

- Maintain tight tolerances and ensure part accuracy

- Perform basic machine maintenance and adjustments

- Ensure all work meets quality standards

- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace

- Work independently to meet production deadlines

Requirements:





- Experience with manual machining (milling, lathe, drilling)

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

- Must have own tools and measuring gauges

- Solid understanding of machining processes and tolerances

- High attention to detail and precision

- Ability to work afternoon shift

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with custom machining or small-batch production

- Knowledge of different materials (steel, aluminum, etc.)

- Strong problem-solving skills
