Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role based in Mississauga, ON. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead mechanical and HVAC projects across commercial, residential high-rise, and industrial facilities and be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex HVAC, mechanical, and building systems projects
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources from kickoff to close-out
- Coordinate internal CBS teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Oversee installation of chillers, boilers, cooling towers, BAS, piping, and related systems
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, and safety requirements
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
- Manage change orders, contract administration, and cost control
- Maintain strong client relationships and represent CBS in meetings




- Review shop drawings, RFIs, commissioning plans, and turnover documentation
- Support quality assurance and commissioning activities
- Mentor Project Managers and support continuous improvement within the team

Qualifications

- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of project management experience in mechanical/HVAC construction, with a focus on commercial and high-rise buildings
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, BAS, and mechanical installations
- Trade background in HVAC, plumbing, or pipefitting considered an asset

Other Information

- Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year (based on work experience)
