What You'll Do

- Meet virtually with clients who have requested information about benefits and coverage options.
- Connect with clients to understand their needs, goals, and family situations.
- Educate clients on the products and benefits available to them so they can make informed decisions.
- Present personalized solutions through virtual meetings using company-provided systems and training.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process and ensure they fully understand their coverage options.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships by providing ongoing service and support.
- Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-up activities while working remotely.
- Use Zoom, phone, and other virtual tools to meet with clients.
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development.
- Advance into leadership opportunities through consistent performance and by mentoring new team members.

Compensation

This is a performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Your compensation is directly tied to your production, with additional long-term earning opportunities through residual income and renewals.

Qualifications

- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Must reside in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, or Ontario.
- Able to obtain and maintain the required LLQP insurance license (training and support provided).
- Coachable, dependable, and professional.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while contributing to a collaborative team.
