Job Summary:

Pullets Plus provides its customers with everything they need to successfully care for their own laying hens. Pullets Plus is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Poultry Sales Associate to support our sales operations. This role involves working with live poultry to ensure safe and healthy delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete sales transactions for customers
- Manage poultry welfare
- Clean and maintain poultry housing
- Loading and unloading live poultry
- Load and/or deliver customer orders
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions and inside walk-in coolers and freezers.
- Lifting and carrying up to 40-60lbs, repeatedly lifting 4-20lbs for several hours.

Qualifications:





- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the agriculture or livestock industry.
- Experience handling live poultry
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Valid G drivers license with an insurable record

- Knowledge of poultry or livestock products and services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
