Lead Plumber / Mechanical Room Installer**

Location: Serving Metro Vancouver to the Fraser Valley (Ideal candidate based in Langley or Surrey) Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Compensation: Starting at $35 to 50 / hour + Benefits (Clear pathway to scale higher based on performance and value)

The Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled Plumber to join our team, where individual contributions are highly valued. This role offers a dynamic work environment, diverging from repetitive production tasks.

You will be engaged in training for mechanical room builds for residential high rise projects in Vancouver, Burnaby, and Surrey, alongside team-oriented residential and commercial service work/renos/repipes throughout the Fraser Valley (Langley, Abbotsford, Chilliwack).

What You’ll Do * majority of your work will be throughout the city(Surrey to Vancouver) and work in fraser valley as needed

You will eventually take over and assume responsibility for mechanical room layouts/builds across mutiliple projects





- work on sanitary/domestic/heating/chilled pipes in residential highrises during mechanical room build interval phases
- When required, transition from high-rise work in the city to come out to Fraser Valley and assist with repipes, and smaller commercial and residential projects - typically 3 to 4 days at a time
- Commute directly to job sites across the Lower Mainland (a company vehicle is not required for daily commuting, but major specialty tooling will be provided).
- Uphold a high standard of workmanship.

What We’re Looking For * Location: Ideally situated in Langley, Surrey, or the immediate surrounding area to optimize commute times between Vancouver and Abbotsford.

- Experience: must be a 3rd/4th Year Apprentice or Journeyman Plumber with mechanical aptitude and an acute eye for clean layouts.

Equipment: Must possess a reliable personal truck/vehicle for site commuting, along with standard personal hand tools and drills. (Heavy commercial tools, press equipment, etc., will be supplied by us)
