About the Job
Beautifi is seeking an Account Specialist, Dental West to drive the acquisition, onboarding, activation, and ongoing development of clinic partners across Beautifi’s Dental vertical. In this role, you will work closely with the Regional Manager, Dental West to identify and convert prospective dental clinics into Beautifi partners, while also helping existing clinic partners successfully adopt and grow their use of Beautifi’s financing programs. This is a customer-facing sales and account development role.
You will be responsible for presenting Beautifi’s value proposition, understanding clinic needs, handling objections, securing commitment from new partners, and driving adoption of Beautifi financing within each clinic. You will support clinics through the full partner lifecycle, from initial sales conversations and agreement through onboarding, activation, first lead, first funded loan, and ongoing account development. You will use structured sales and account management processes, supported by Salesforce, to manage opportunities, maintain follow-up discipline, and drive measurable partner performance.
The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable prospecting, selling, presenting, negotiating, following up, and asking for commitment, while also building strong long-term relationships with clinic partners. The Company
Beautifi is a Canadian financial technology company that offers Canadians flexible financing solutions for elective medical procedures ranging from plastic surgery to fertility, dental, and medical aesthetics. Beautifi is one of the fastest growing fintech companies in the country and has achieved success through a customer-centric and technology-forward approach. We do not believe in hidden fees, misleading rates, prepayment penalties, or unexpected charges.
Our goal is to make health and beauty more affordable and to give Canadians access to the procedures they want or need, without having to wait. We are looking for people who want to grow with us and be part of Beautifi’s next stage of growth. Key Responsibilities
Recent Partner Sales & Onboarding
Manage assigned prospective dental clinics through the sales process from initial outreach or introduction through signed agreement and activation. Conduct discovery conversations to understand the clinic’s business, patient financing needs, existing financing solutions, treatment mix, and potential opportunity for Beautifi. Present and sell Beautifi’s financing programs, clearly communicating the value proposition to clinic owners, managers, treatment coordinators, and other key decision-makers.
Use structured sales techniques to uncover needs, address objections, differentiate Beautifi from competing financing options, and move prospects toward a clear decision. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clinics and actively progress opportunities through the sales pipeline. Ask for commitment and close qualified prospective clinics into Beautifi partners.
Support newly signed partners through the onboarding process from agreement to active account setup. Lead or support onboarding calls with clinic partners to understand their goals, financing processes, decision makers, and expected use cases. Collect required onboarding documentation and ensure clinic accounts are properly set up in Salesforce and internal systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure each account is ready to begin using Beautifi. Establish clear next steps, ownership, and timelines with clinic partners throughout the onboarding process. Ensure every new clinic understands how to submit applications, access Beautifi resources, and introduce financing to patients.
Activation & Early Account Growth
Drive every new clinic partner toward first lead, first application, and first funded loan. Drive adoption of Beautifi within the clinic by identifying opportunities to integrate financing into patient consultations, treatment plans, quoting processes, and follow-up workflows. Monitor newly onboarded accounts for stalled adoption, low activity, or missed opportunities, and use structured follow-up, training, and reactivation tactics to improve performance.
Support clinics with sales talk tracks, workflow guidance, patient financing education, and available marketing and enablement materials. Identify and address barriers to adoption, including objections, competitive threats, and relationship risks, escalating higher-potential opportunities or issues to the Regional Manager, Dental West.
Account Management
Support
Manage a portfolio of assigned Dental accounts, primarily focused on smaller, newer, inactive, or developing accounts. Track account health using lead activity, application volume, funded volume, conversion, engagement, and follow-up completion to identify opportunities and risks. Maintain strong relationships with clinic contacts and execute regular outreach, training, reactivation,
and account development activities to improve performance.
Support the Regional Manager, Dental West with account onboarding, preparation, follow-up, and visibility into clinic activity, while helping higher-potential accounts progress toward broader Regional Manager coverage.
