Role Description The Accounting Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Regina, SK. This position supports day-to-day accounting operations, including processing invoices, recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with the preparation of financial reports.

The Accounting

Assistant helps maintain accurate ledgers, monitors receivables and payables, and supports month-end and year-end closing activities. The role includes using accounting software to enter and verify data, organizing financial documentation,



and responding to internal and external inquiries related to billing and payments. The successful candidate will collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient financial processes that support manufacturing and distribution activities.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Bookkeeping skills, including accurate data entry and record-keeping.

Candidates should possess skills in Finance and the preparation and review of Financial Statements.

Candidates should possess proficiency with Accounting Software and related office applications (e.g., spreadsheets, ERP systems).

Relevant post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

Robust attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment.

Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with operations and finance teams.

Familiarity with Canadian accounting practices and regulations is an asset.

Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments is considered beneficial.
