Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Processor to join our finance team. Duties

- Process and verify invoices using accounting software such as Workday, QuickBooks, Sage, or PeopleSoft, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Perform data entry for accounts payable transactions, including invoice coding, approval routing, and payment processing
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions with account statements to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to clarify invoice details and resolve payment issues efficiently
- Maintain organized records of all transactions, supporting documentation, and audit trails for future reference
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable and contribute to account reconciliation efforts




- Support accounts receivable functions when needed, including invoicing and customer account management

Qualifications

- Proven experience working with accounting software such as Workday, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, Ceridian, or similar platforms
- Solid proficiency in bookkeeping, data entry, and account reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with accounts payable procedures and related financial operations
- Knowledge of HRIS systems like PeopleSoft or UltiPro is a plus for understanding payroll-related data integration
- Excellent analysis skills to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently
- Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Pay: $120,826.63-$160,919.01 per year
