Boutique Private Specialty Practice

We’re looking for a bright, polished, personable, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our boutique private specialty practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate student, final-year undergraduate student, or pre-medical/pre-dental student looking for meaningful part-time work in a professional, patient-facing environment, with the potential to grow into a full time role for the right candidate.

The right candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, can juggle multiple priorities, and stays calm, organized, and personable when things get busy. You should be quick on your feet, comfortable working with people, and able to anticipate what needs to be done without constant direction.

The ideal candidate

- Has an undergraduate degree or is currently in their final year of undergraduate studies
- Has experience in a front-facing, fast-paced workplace, such as healthcare, a qualified kitchen/restaurant, hospitality, or a similar setting
- Is highly organized and able to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Can write emails, utilize excel, and a computer at a high level (touch typing preferred)
- Is polished, professional, warm, and personable




- Communicates confidently and professionally with patients and colleagues
- Can stay calm and focused when managing several things at once
- Takes initiative and is comfortable working independently
- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in their work
- Understands the importance of creating an exceptional patient experience
- Can provide two professional work references
- Lives nearby we are in the Corktown/Riverside Area

Schedule & Compensation
- Start date: September
- 10–30 hours per week
- Monday–Friday: 9 AM–6 PM
- Saturday: 10 AM–5 PM
- Flexible days and scheduling around school commitments
- $20–$25/hour, based on experience
- Potential to transition to full-time for the right candidate based on performance, availability, and fit
