- Provide reception and administrative support for program staff and clients.
- Manage data collection and information systems for program evaluation and outcome measures.
- Support organizational work for committees and planning duties related to Passport and Urgent Response.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with Ministry directives.
- Maintain a professional appearance appropriate for a front-line reception role.
- Demonstrate a professional demeanor in all interactions with clients, visitors, and staff.
- Uphold the Centre’s values and standards of professionalism in daily conduct and communication.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent (e.g., combination of diplomas, certificates, experience,
and/or coursework)
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages to ensure effective and professional interaction with clients, staff, and external partners.
- Robust aptitude with technology and computer programs.
- Compassionate communication skills with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those experiencing addiction, mental health concerns, developmental disabilities, and marginalized communities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
