Support children's growth as an After School Educator at Compass Early Learning and Care, based in Douro, Ontario. Engage in play-based learning, foster relationships, and collaborate effectively. As a permanent After School Educator, you will work 30 hours per week, with shifts tailored for before- and after-school programming. Your role centers on planning engaging activities, ensuring child safety, and documenting learning progress. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and lead play-based and interest-driven activities
- Supervise children actively while engaging in play




- Document children’s progress through observations
- Maintain a safe and nurturing learning environment
- Foster solid relationships with families and the community Requirements:
- 1-3 years’ experience with children and youth
- Familiarity with Child Care Early Years Act
- Valid certifications: Police Check, First Aid, CPR
- Registered with College of Early Childhood Educators
