As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success.

You will own the full lifecycle of enterprise deployments, integrating AI-native systems into complex environments and workflows.

Your work involves translating ambiguous requirements into production-ready solutions that connect with document management systems, internal APIs, and identity protocols.

You will drive direct customer impact by iterating on feedback and identifying repeatable patterns that influence the core platform roadmap, ensuring high-performance AI solutions are successfully adopted by large-scale legal organizations. What You'll Do





Lead end-to-end implementation of AI-powered systems within complex enterprise organizations.

Design and build integrations between the platform and various document management systems, identity providers, and internal APIs.

Develop AI-native workflows involving approvals, routing, permissions, and auditability.

Collaborate directly with customers to translate ambiguous requirements into production-ready technical specifications.

Tune model inference and augment context to adapt the product experience to specific customer needs.

Iterate rapidly on user feedback to improve system reliability, performance, and adoption rates.

Identify repeatable deployment patterns to influence core product features and platform capabilities.

What You

Bring

3 to 7 years of experience building and shipping production software systems.

Strong proficiency in backend or full-stack engineering.

Proven experience building APIs and integrating with external enterprise systems.

Experience working with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Technical exposure to LLM systems, including RAG, prompting, and evaluations.

Ability to work directly with enterprise customers to solve technical challenges. Nice to Haves

Experience with enterprise SaaS deployments and document-heavy workflows.

Knowledge of security and compliance practices, such as SOC2.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code, specifically AWS CDK.

Background in fast-paced startup environments.Familiarity with legal technology or highly regulated industries.
