Boardy is hiring for an AI Product Manager who will help shape our product strategy. We’re building a new kind of AI: one that understands people, builds trust, and makes connections that create real value.

How We Work at Boardy: We believe time together in person is valuable and important and have a 5-day in office policy. We have a beautiful office in the Liberty Village WeWork that supports this collaboration. What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with all stakeholders to develop Boardy’s product vision, and translate it into concrete strategies and roadmaps

Optimize for Engagement: Obsess over the user journey. You will lead efforts to analyze and optimize our funnels, driving improvements in key metrics like user engagement, retention, and the quality of introductions.

Be the Voice of the User: Develop a deep understanding of our users' needs, motivations, and pain points through qualitative and quantitative research. You will be the champion for the user inside the company.

Get hands on with prompting, using AI coding tools and agents to build prototypes, fix bugs and improve Boardy’s conversational intelligence.

Partner with engineering, machine learning, customer success, design,



and other teams to translate Boardy’s cutting-edge technology into reliable, delightful experiences

Wear many hats, operate with a high degree of ownership, and ship fast!

Who You

Are

You have 2-5+ years of product management or founder experience in fast-moving startups, ideally where you owned a complex 0→1 product.

You are energized by ambiguity. You thrive in environments with no playbook, form conviction quickly, and create clarity for others.

An exceptional communicator and collaborator who has a fascination and love for AI innovations

Strategic and analytical. You can synthesize complex information, make data-informed decisions, and clearly articulate the "why" behind your product choices. You are proficient with SQL or can effectively leverage LLMs to query databases in a self-directed manner.

You are comfortable working with deeply technical teams and have hands-on experience with AI/ML-powered products. Ideally with an engineering background
