Job Title: Application Solution Architect (JAVA)
Location Toronto, ON Hybrid Job Type: Fulltime Permanent Role """• Lead application modernization and cloud transformation initiatives for enterprise Java applications on Microsoft Azure
- Define migration strategies (Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, Rearchitect) and design target-state solution architectures
- Architect cloud-native solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, APIs, Containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and Azure services
- Drive DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, security, resiliency, and operational excellence across application platforms
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions
- Key Tech exp. – Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Azure (AKS, App Services, API Management, Azure SQL, Service Bus), Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions.
