/strong> The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. This position supports the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering an elevated customer experience, and achieving store performance goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising the sales floor, coaching store team members, overseeing visual merchandising standards, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

Manager helps manage scheduling, monitors inventory levels, supports retail loss prevention efforts, and contributes to operational excellence.



This role also focuses on maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment, resolving customer issues, and promoting Michael Kors’ brand values in all store interactions. Qualifications

Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on luxury retail experiences.

Store Management experience, including overseeing daily operations, supporting staff performance, and achieving sales targets.

Excellent Communication skills to engage customers, provide clear direction to team members, and collaborate with leadership.

Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to reduce shrink, protect assets, and maintain a secure store setting.

Previous experience in fashion or luxury retail is preferred, with a proven track record in sales and client relationship building.

Ability to lead by example, motivate diverse teams, and foster an inclusive, respectful workplace.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by retail operations.
