Most client service roles are about processing paperwork. This role is about protecting a legacy. At our client’s insurance firm, you aren’t just an administrator, you are the high-touch concierge for their advisory team and a dedicated steward of the families, entrepreneurs, and business owners they serve.

You’ll know clients by name and understand their history with the firm. You are the operational backbone that allows the advisors to stay focused on the big picture, knowing that the details, the precise policy numbers, the complex documentation, and the urgent inquiries, are being handled with total accuracy and warmth.

What Your Day Looks

Like

Morning: You arrive and dive into the CRM. You’re tracking a complex service request, ensuring every piece of documentation is accounted for before the advisor heads into a meeting.

Mid-Morning: You’re on the phone with an insurance carrier or an accountant, solving a tricky policy inquiry with persistence and professionalism. You don't just pass on problems; you solve them.

Afternoon: You’re documenting sensitive correspondence and updating client ledgers, ensuring records are so spotless that anyone on the team could step in and know exactly where things stand.
