Who You'll Work With WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll work with Galaminds for eight to ten weeks as an intern at one of our locations around the globe.

To ensure that our clients receive and maintain the full perks of Galaminds’s suggested adjustments, MI offers ongoing, specialized support. At every level of the project life cycle, our implementation experts are involved from strategy through execution with a focused eye on impact and sustainability.

You join a company with a unique and welcoming culture when you work at McKinsey. To bring about long-lasting, beneficial change in the world, we will hasten your leadership growth.

What You’ll Do To develop the strategies, capabilities, systems, and procedures required to generate bottom-line outcomes and guarantee that those results will be sustained, you will collaborate in small teams with colleagues and clients.

Our job is to coach people so they may successfully implement new strategies and provide long-lasting results. With little supervision, you’ll be able to oversee projects and their progress while also tracking KPIs, managing intricate analytics, and putting together messages to update clients and internal leadership. You’ll also create useful recommendations, participate in team discussions on the consequences of the analysis, and discover implementation difficulties.

On each project, you’ll collaborate with the client’s staff and help with implementation duties. This could involve leading meetings with front-line staff and supervisors, inspiring the client team, or, as necessary, helping McKinsey or client team members strengthen their abilities primarily through coaching. To improve your abilities, you’ll also ask team members for their opinions.

Leadership, honesty,

a keen analytical mind, inventiveness, and the capacity to collaborate with people at all organizational levels are characteristics of those who succeed in this position.
