Location: Landmark, Manitoba

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Salary: Starting wage from $19.00 per hour.

As a Wash Bay Attendant at Canada Packers, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our transportation equipment is clean, disinfected, and ready for safe use. This is a physically active role where you’ll contribute directly to our biosecurity and operational goals while working in a supportive, safety-first environment.

Responsibilities

- Washing and disinfecting trucks and trailers
- Scraping and cleaning trailer interiors
- Safely operating lift deck trailers
- Removing chase boards, shovels, and scrapers from trailers
- Washing the walls of the wash bay
- General cleanup of the building and yard
- Following all biosecurity procedures and company protocols

Skills & Experience

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of application. Proof of eligibility may be requested during the recruitment process.

- Grade 10 education or equivalent
- Strong commitment to providing exemplary service and maintaining cleanliness standards




- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
