We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive maintenance and repair, with experience working in dealership or mechanic environments. This role involves providing efficient lubrication services, performing basic vehicle maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service.

Technician plays a vital part in ensuring vehicles are serviced properly and safely, contributing to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our service department.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements efficiently and accurately
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify potential issues
- Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment to complete services
- Assist with other minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions
- Uphold safety standards and adhere to company policies during all procedures
- Promote additional maintenance or repair services when appropriate
Requirements
- Prior dealership or mechanic experience is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds)
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic sales skills to recommend additional services or products when appropriate
Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
