- Manage propane delivery schedules and driver communication
- Create delivery tickets using CUE software
- Generate and review performance reports and adjust as needed
- Train staff on delivery tools within CUE platform
- Address weekend inquiries related to service requests Requirements:
- Experience in dispatching and logistics preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven customer service background
- Experience with fleet dispatching an advantage
