Duties

- Deliver qualified hair styling services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their desired looks, and offering expert advice.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
- Upsell retail products such as hair care items, styling tools, and treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling transactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport, address questions, and ensure a positive experience.




- Support team members with retail sales efforts and promotional activities to boost overall business success.

Requirements

- Proven experience in hair styling preferred; certification and licensing as required by local regulations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly manner.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and best practices within salon environments.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain styling options and product recommendations.
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently without being pushy.
- Experience working at the front desk or in retail sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- A motivated attitude with a passion for fashion, and helping clients feel confident.
