We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of specialty coffee, proficiency in latte art, matcha, and espresso extraction, and providing exceptional customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
Experience
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in latte art and knowledge of espresso and espresso-based drinks, and matcha
- Bilingual
- Customer service orientation
- Familiarity with food safety practices
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure quality control
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in the food industry
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of POS systems
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.60-$18.00 per hour
