Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
- Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper food handling practices at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Participate in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.




- Engage with customers to create a friendly atmosphere and encourage repeat visits.

Skills

- Previous experience in the food service or food industry is highly desirable.
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to help customers effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices related to food preparation and handling.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for coffee and beverage preparation is a plus.
- MINIMUM 1 year barista experience at a cafe or restaurant
