Duties

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling standards.




- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices and prevent over-serving.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders seamlessly, supporting overall restaurant operations.

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining quality service.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash transactions, change calculation, and order totals.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly, understanding legal requirements related to alcohol service.
