We are seeking a proactive and skilled Building Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal operation, safety, and functionality of our facilities. Duties

- Oversee daily building maintenance operations, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure continuous functionality.
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate work schedules to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities using schematics and technical manuals to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Perform repairs involving welding, electrical troubleshooting, or mechanical adjustments with precision and adherence to safety standards.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, maintenance history, and inventory levels for parts and tools.
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose system faults accurately.
- Manage programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation systems within manufacturing processes.




- Lead emergency repairs or troubleshooting efforts during facility outages or failures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote best practices in facilities maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in facilities or manufacturing maintenance environments.
- Strong electrical experience with the ability to troubleshoot wiring diagrams and schematics effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge related to building systems, machinery, and equipment repair.
- Hands-on welding skills for metal repairs and fabrication tasks.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in automation processes.
- Experience working with CMMS platforms for maintenance tracking and reporting.
- Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and system documentation essential for diagnostics.
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and stakeholders clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on safety, quality, and team development.
- Background in manufacturing or industrial facilities maintenance preferred but not mandatory.
