Chic Bridals is looking for a confident, fashion-focused and highly personable Bridal Stylist to join our team.

Our Bridal Stylists create a personalized and exciting shopping experience while confidently guiding each bride through silhouettes, styling, design flexibility and ultimately finding the gown that feels right for her.

This is a sales-driven position for someone who loves fashion, connects naturally with people and is comfortable leading an appointment from the first introduction through to the final decision.

Key ResponsibilitiesBridal Styling & Sales

- Lead one-on-one bridal consultations from beginning to end
- Build genuine connections with brides and understand their wedding vision, personal style, priorities and budget
- Select gowns strategically based on each bride rather than simply pulling requested styles
- Guide brides through silhouettes, fabrics, details and styling options with confidence
- Introduce Chic’s design flexibility and available gown modifications where appropriate
- Style complete bridal looks using veils, accessories and finishing pieces
- Confidently guide brides toward making a purchasing decision
- Handle common questions and objections around price, timing, fit and decision-making
- Follow up with brides after appointments to support conversion and maintain relationships
- Meet individual and team sales and conversion goals

The Chic Experience

- Create a warm, elevated and memorable experience for every bride and her guests
- Take ownership of the appointment and confidently lead the experience
- Educate brides on Chic’s gown process,



timelines and next steps using approved company language
- Set clear and realistic expectations regarding gown ordering, design flexibility, production and alterations
- Maintain professionalism and composure during emotional or high-pressure appointments
- Ensure every bride feels genuinely heard, supported and celebrated

Client & Order Accuracy

- Accurately document client information, gown selections, measurements and appointment notes in BridalLive
- Clearly document any requested design changes or special order details
- Review order information carefully before submission
- Follow company procedures regarding deposits, payments, timelines and order confirmations
- Escalate complex customization or production questions to management or the designer when required

Showroom & Team Responsibilities

- Maintain an organized, polished and luxury showroom environment
- Assist with steaming, rehanging, organizing and caring for gowns
- Help prepare fitting rooms and appointments throughout the day
- Support incoming gowns, pickups and other client appointments when required
- Work collaboratively with fellow stylists, management, alterations and operations
- Participate in training, sales coaching, role-play and product education
- Support store events, trunk shows, content creation and special events as required

- Ability to confidently lead clients and make recommendations
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Comfortable working with brides of different styles, backgrounds, personalities and body types
- Able to remain calm and solution-focused in emotional situations
- Reliable and comfortable working as part of a fast-paced team
- Previous bridal, fashion, luxury retail or commission-based sales experience is an asset

Availability
- Must be available to work weekends
- Availability during peak bridal shopping periods is required
- Some evening availability may be required

Our brides can explore our collections while working with an experienced team to personalize elements of their gown and create a look that feels uniquely their own.

We are looking for someone who understands that exceptional bridal styling is about more than showing dresses. It is about listening, building trust, providing expert guidance and confidently helping a bride make one of the most exciting fashion decisions of her life.

Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour
