As a Bridal Consultant at Mina's Bridal & Prom, you will represent our boutique and help be a part in our customers' big day by helping them choose their dream dress.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a bridal consultant, you will lead the consultation by working closely with the bride or graduate, listening and identifying their individual gown criteria, and suggest gowns using your fashion knowledge and in-store stock knowledge. You will be a guide and help our customers search for their perfect gown for their special occasion. You will provide exceptional customer experiences to guests who enter our boutique, while supporting the overall operational needs of the store.

Choosing a gown for a special occasion is a once in a lifetime appointment for so many people, and you get to be a part of it! It is such a rewarding and amazing experience.

ABOUT YOU:

We are seeking highly motivated Bridal Consultants with the following:

- A passion for creating memorable shopping experiences for our local clientele
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Share your knowledge and excitement about fashion
- Has a strategic sales mindset
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and form meaningful relationships with our diverse customer base
- Previous bridal retail experience is highly recommended, but retail, sales, and customer service experience is an asset. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

We are conveniently located in West Edmonton Mall, the largest mall in North America, providing easy accessibility for our staff to commute and access to the hundreds of stores and services located in the mall. Pay: From $15.50 per hour
