The Property Management Team is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Building Operator in Saskatoon.
As an important member of our service-oriented team, you will be responsible for providing service excellence by ensuring a safe environment to our customers and clients.
Under the direction of the Building Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to client requests
- Ensuring facilities and equipment are in good operating condition
- Performing routine maintenance including all minor repairs and preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment
- Performing security procedures
- Maintaining stock and supplies
- Providing day-to-day building maintenance including lawn care, snow removal, climbing ladders, lifting, and/or carrying heavy objects
