- Analyze and evaluate the impacts resulting from regulatory or legislative changes
- Support the business field in its role and responsibilities
- Plan, organize and coordinate the various stakeholders in the business field
- Deliver presentations to the client's managers and authorities
- Conduct meetings and content workshops aimed at achieving the required deliverables as the case may be
- Participate in the development of the training strategy and planning
- Gather and communicate the concerns, needs and constraints of users and managers to project managers
- Participate in the planning of change management strategies and the communication plan facilitating the transition of stakeholders
- Contribute to the identification of deployment waves, ensure that constraints and needs are taken into account when preparing for deployment and coordinate deployment activities at the client's site
- Develop management indicators
- Propose new working methods, reforms or changes to the system
- Perform diagnostics on certain services in order to correct certain existing problems and improve productivity




- Participate in the risk analysis related to the various organizational changes
- Develop different studies for any business project involving the main stakeholders (managers, users, information resources, etc.)
- Validate current processes with users and ensure that you understand the current needs in order to identify the nature of the changes and thus propose appropriate solutions
- Carry out workshops with the main project stakeholders
- Validate and approve the deliverables produced by the production team
- Design, write, set up and execute acceptance tests that will validate the quality and proper functioning of the system as a whole
- Write documentation such as the user manual and may be called upon to contribute to other training materials
- Accompany users The profile we are looking for is as follows - Have a bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or any other equivalent education
- 3 to 8 years of experience in business analysis in computer-related projects
- Have a perfect command of the oral and written French language
- Possess good business case writing skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform (asset)
