About The Role The Sales Representative at Pancare Inc. plays a vital role in expanding our network of healthcare professionals and establishing new patient referral sources. This position involves proactively engaging with physicians, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders to promote our pain management services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic business plans, identifying new sales opportunities, and maintaining strong professional relationships with existing partners.
The role requires a combination of field-based activities, virtual engagement, and digital outreach to maximize reach and influence within the healthcare community. The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving patient care through effective collaboration and education.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a blend of educational background, professional experience, and personal attributes that align with our organizational goals.
A bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, healthcare, or a related field is required. Candidates should have a minimum of four years of medical sales experience, preferably within healthcare services or medical products.
Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential.
Experience in direct field sales, understanding of ROI in sales strategies, and industry-specific training or certifications are advantageous. The candidate must hold a valid driver’s license, as the role is field-based and involves travel. Personal qualities such as emotional intelligence, relationship-building ability, entrepreneurial mindset, and a solutions-oriented approach are highly valued.
Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive business plans tailored to the healthcare market.
Utilize reporting tools to monitor calls, contacts, opportunities, and sales targets effectively.
Identify, qualify, and nurture new sales leads through proactive outreach and networking.
Educate healthcare providers about PCC (Pain Care Clinics) services, emphasizing clinical benefits and patient suitability.
Schedule and conduct sales calls, ensuring efficient time management and high-quality customer interactions.
Participate in community networking events such as tradeshows, journal clubs, and clinical rounds to promote services.
Build and sustain strong relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals to increase market share.
Manage territory independently, ensuring consistent coverage and achievement of sales objectives.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders regarding territory activities, challenges, and opportunities.
Engage actively in team meetings to share success stories, strategize, and identify coaching opportunities.
Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and company policies to ensure ethical sales practices.
