Key Responsibilities

✔ Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for large-scale projects.

✔ Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

✔ Perform data analysis using SQL and support system integration initiatives.

✔ Work with APIs, Python, AI technologies, and workflow automation tools.

✔ Create process flows, business documentation, and workflow diagrams using MS Visio and Excel.

✔ Support Agile delivery using JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow.

Required Skills

✅ 5+ years of Business/System Analyst experience on enterprise projects.





✅ Strong Capital Markets product and process knowledge.

✅ Expertise in requirements gathering, elicitation, and prioritization.

✅ Advanced MS Excel and MS Visio skills.

✅ Strong SQL and data analysis experience.

✅ Experience with APIs, Python, and AI technologies.

✅ Knowledge of ETL processes, data pipelines, and system integrations.

✅ Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow.

✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Nice to Have

⭐ Product Control experience within Capital Markets.

⭐ Data sourcing and data mapping experience.

⭐ Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

⭐ Exposure to Machine Learning or Predictive Analytics.
