We are looking for experienced Business System Analysts with strong Payments Domain expertise to support Enterprise Payments Technology initiatives for a leading banking client. Key Requirements
8+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst
Solid experience in Payments Technology Hands-on knowledge of:
Wire Payments
ACH/EFT
Real-Time Payments (RTP)
SWIFT
ISO 20022
Cross-border and domestic payment processing
Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Banking or financial services industry experience is mandatory
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
Work closely with Product Owners, Development teams, and Business stakeholders
Support payment system enhancements, integrations, and regulatory initiatives
Participate in testing, UAT, and production implementation activities Preferred Skills
Payment modernization programs
API integrations
Data analysis and process mapping
JIRA, Confluence, SQL
