Responsibilities
As a Call Representative, you will be responsible for helping customers and supporting dealership operations through phone and online communication.
Your duties may include
- Answering incoming customer calls and assisting with general inquiries
- Making outbound calls to follow up with potential and existing customers
- Scheduling appointments for vehicle viewings, test drives, and service visits
- Providing information about dealership services and customer options
- Updating customer information in company systems
- Following up with leads and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Responding professionally and promptly to customer questions
- Working with the dealership team to ensure excellent customer experiences
Qualifications:
