We are a residential general contracting company looking for a reliable, hard-working Carpenter to assist on local renovation and carpentry projects. We handle everything from framing, drywall, and trim to full residential remodels.

This is a position for someone who respects the trade, takes pride in clean job sites, and knows how to execute tasks on their own without constant supervision.

About the Role & Ideal Candidate:

We keep our operations lean, fast, and organized. On any given day, you’ll be helping stage materials, set up workspaces, perform site prep, assist with framing and drywall, and handle end-of-day cleanup.

Working unsupervised is essential for this role. You must be capable of receiving explicit task directions, taking ownership of the work, and completing tasks accurately on your own. We filter out automated spam applications. Hours & Schedule:





- 20 to 45 hours per week (Varies based on project phase and workload).
- Start Time: 8:30 AM sharp.
- End Time: Task-based finish (typically between 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM once the day's objective is met).

Pay:

- To be discussed (Competitive rate based on experience, skill set, and self-starter mindset).

Requirements:

- Unsupervised Work: Essential. Must have the independence, focus, and drive to execute tasks without someone standing over your shoulder.
- Experience: Prior hands-on experience on residential construction or renovation job sites.
- Personal Tools: Must own basic hand tools (tool belt, tape measure, utility knife, impact driver/drill set, hammer, steel-toed boots).
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle to arrive at local job sites on time.
- Physical Fitness: Able to comfortably carry sheet goods, lumber, and perform physical labor all day.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
