OPERATIONS MANAGER, INTEGRATION SERVICES Location: 505 Dundas Street, London, ON The London Cross Cultural Learner Centre ('CCLC') is a London, Ontario–based non-profit organization that provides settlement services for newcomers to Canada. We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent Operations Manager to join our Integration Services team.
ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Senior Manager, Integration Services, the Operations Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for newcomer settlement and integration programs. The successful candidate will support high-quality service delivery through staff supervision, program oversight, performance monitoring, and operational coordination while ensuring compliance with organizational and funder requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise, coach, and support staff across a variety of Integration Services programs.
Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff development activities.
Ensure effective program delivery and achievement of service targets and objectives.
Monitor program performance, operational effectiveness, and compliance with funder requirements.
Oversee scheduling, staffing resources, and service coverage.
Support budget monitoring, reporting, and resource planning.
Address operational, employee, and client service concerns and support timely resolution.
Coordinate volunteer involvement and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as a delegate for the Senior Manager, as required.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
Minimum three (3) years' experience working with newcomers, immigrants, refugees, or diverse communities.
Previous experience supervising staff, coordinating operations, managing projects, or providing team leadership.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of newcomer settlement and integration services considered an asset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other workplace technology.
WORKING CONDITIONS This is an onsite position based primarily at 505 Dundas Street, London, Ontario. Due to the operational leadership responsibilities of the role, remote work is not available. Hours of Work 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. three (3) days per week.
12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. two (2) days per week.
Occasional Saturday and overtime work may be required.
Additional
Requirements Occasional travel within London for meetings, community events, and professional development activities.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
