One of our technicians is returning to school, and another will soon be leaving the country. As a result, we currently have one to two positions available.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of smartphones and tablets while providing customers with skilled and dependable service.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair Android and iOS smartphones and tablets
- Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and other components
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating-system issues
- Use diagnostic tools, schematics, and technical resources to identify problems
- Test devices thoroughly before and after repairs




- Perform computer repairs on Windows and macOS systems when required
- Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used
- Clearly explain technical issues and repair options to customers
- Keep the repair area clean, organized, and efficient

Qualifications

- Previous smartphone or tablet repair experience
- Strong understanding of Android and iOS devices
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Confidence using hand tools for delicate electronic repairs
- Excellent attention to detail
- Clear communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience reading schematics and technical diagrams is an asset
- Windows or macOS repair experience is an asset
- Retail or sales experience is an asset
